Overview
DEPOCEN is working for Save the Children to conduct an end-line survey collecting primary and secondary data to estimate the project performance in 3 years (7/2015- 7/2018) in Van Chan, Yen Bai, with respect to five criteria: relevancy, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project, which is compared with the baseline evaluation and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) assessment values. The combination of quantitative and qualitative data collection methods was used as the baseline study. The data was evaluated based on (i) secondary sources such as project documents, baseline reports, M&E reports and relevant studies, relevant legal documents; and (ii) primary data collected from 324 quantitative survey of children, 28 quantitative survey of parents, as well as 18 key informant interviews and (iii) 12 focus group discussions with stakeholders in 4 communes in Van Chan, Yen Bai.
