Overview

The objectives of the study are to collect the information on patients’ demographics and economics-social characteristics and to measure the patients’ satisfaction on public health services, namely: accessibility, transparency, facility, behaviour and professional competence of medical staff, medical expenses and service delivery results. This was a large-scale survey, which had 7500 participants, conducted on telephone. In the role of the consultant, DEPOCEN was in charge of sampling, planning the survey, recruiting enumerators, training investigators, designing of guidance documentation, preparing logistics and deploying collecting information.
