Overview
The investment activities of the project focused on the implementation in 50 selected communes. Capacity building activities for all levels of government, community, business development activities, investment attraction; job generation, the activities in the value chain of products are done on larger areas, extending to areas outside the project area

Organizing and conducting the impact assessment, which will include: composition and supervision of field research teams; provision of materials, travel and logistical arrangements, process documentation; data collection and analysis; draft research report production.
