Overview
Bureau of Administrative Procedures- Government Office (APC-GO) on the WB’s support to the OOG in “evaluating the quality of user experience using online public services” for 25 public services in the list of essential administrative procedures in Decision No. 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022, of the Prime Minister. The Assessment was carried out to evaluate the quality of online public service experience from the user’s perspective. 262 people have agreed to participate in the experience and submit their assessments and suggestions for at least 01 service based on their actual needs.
