Overview

The tracer studies, trainee, and enterprise surveys 2021 are implemented by the Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN) from June 2021 to August 2021. The results of the study will be the basis for the monitoring and evaluation of the joint Vietnamese-German technical cooperation program “Reform of Technical Vocational Education and Training in Viet Nam II” (TVET Programme) which aims to better align TVET in Viet Nam to the changing world of work.

To achieve the above objectives, five quantitative surveys with 5 target groups were conducted, which are: (i) Survey with graduates of COVID-19 short-term training courses; (ii) Survey with graduates of supported college-level and intermediate-level training courses; (iii) Survey with current trainees of college-level and intermediate-level training courses; (iv) Survey with partner enterprises employing college and intermediate graduates; and (v) Survey with enterprises employing short-term graduates.
