Overview
The research aims to contribute to the overall AAI’s goals of empowering people, building solidarity and facilitating advocacy and campaigning on issues related to public services and accountability of the state. As such the objective of the assignment is to conduct a rapid analysis (and appraisal) of the status public service delivery and its financing in Vietnam.
Services provided
- Document review (review previous reports, documents, statistics and other related documents; and figures/data of baseline of the health master project);
- Developing data-gathering tools (for both quantitative and qualitative questionnaires) for different targeted groups;
- Sampling design;
- Implementing and managing field data collection in the field;
- Conducting data processing (data entry and data analysis);
- Writing reports
