Evaluation of Transition in the East Alliance programme in Vietnam

Overview

The study aims at evaluating the Community Managed Health Development (CMHD) programme implemented in Quang Tri and Phu Yen and the Community-Managed Health and Livelihood Development (CMHLD) programme implemented in Khanh Hoa by Medical Committee Netherlands – Vietnam. A final survey report is needed to present the changes in the lives of ethnic minorities and other disadvantaged groups, by comparing the 2011 baseline report with data from the evaluation study.

  • Develop indicators and data collection tools;
  • Conducting training for enumerators and supervisors;
  • Supervising the survey;
  • Data analyzing and writing report.
