Conduct the situational analysis through a desk review of relevant existing data, survey and qualitative in depth interviews with national and international stakeholders; produce a draft report of the situational analysis; revise draft report, based on comments and feedback from UNESCO. Present finding of the situational analysis at a workshop on the application of the 2009 Framework of cultural Statistics in Vietnam, and conduct practical exercises to identify national priorities in cultural statistics.
