Overview
To develop the National Action Plan for Risk Communication for this period, DEPOCEN is selected to carry out the Assessment of Risk Communication in Vietnam that provide an overall picture of the existing risk communication (i.e.: modes of communication; formal and informal information sources; main risk messages; main communication channels including social networks; targeted groups; and feedback mechanism) in Vietnam; indicate the risk perception of various population groups in different geographic areas in Vietnam; explore the incidence of the public trust on governmental recommendations and main influencing factors; and map out the coordinating mechanism between stakeholders in risk communication process.
