Overview
The overall purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the impact of the activities in partnership between British Council and Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) to promote Social Enterprises/social entrepreneurship in universities in 2019-20 and 2020-21. It aims to understand the extent to which the project approach effectively builds capacity of participants and results in an increase in awareness and skills among target audiences.
