Overview
The project is ended in March 2023, so it is necessary to evaluate its overall performance and results of the project over the three-year period and to explore how intended outcomes have been achieved. Therefore, an endline evaluation needs to be conducted for the stated above purpose and also aims to identify challenges, good practices and lessons learnt, informing future programming of similar projects.
In particular, the main objectives of the end-line evaluation are:
– To evaluate whether the project achieved its expected project outcomes, and outputs through a set of project indicators and targets;
– To evaluate the overall performance of the project in terms of its relevance, efficiency, coherence, impact and sustainability, as well as other essential cross-cutting issues (accountability, gender equality and Inclusion, Child participation, Child safeguarding);
– To understand how the projects made changes and the factors positively and negatively affecting the project implementation and achievements of its objectives;
– To document good practices and lessons learnt and to provide recommendations for future programming.
