Overview
In 2020, UNFPA conducted a baseline study in two treatment provinces (Bac Giang and BRVT) to recommend detailed interventions and to set up a baseline data for intervention monitoring and evaluation. Besides the two treatment provinces, two control provinces (Hoa Binh and Binh Phuoc) were also selected to participate in the baseline study. As the project closes at the end of 2022, an end-line study of the project is required. The purpose of the end-line study is intended to provide an independent assessment of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and early impacts of the project. The study also serves as a basis to provide stakeholders with lessons from experience, good practices, and recommendations for improving program interventions to end GBSS.
