CASED is directed by Professor Le Van Cuong (from the French National Center for Scientific Research).<\/p>\n<p>CASED is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Training Program Coordinator Officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Hanoi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working in a dynamic and friendly environment;<\/li>\n<li>Working with and learning from top Vietnamese economists abroad and in country;<\/li>\n<li>Networking with economic research communities;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in training courses;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in scientific conferences and seminars (VEAM, Vietnam School of Science, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Enjoying financial and other supports if having opportunity to go abroad for further study;<\/li>\n<li>Earning salary and benefits in accordance with performance; bonus on holidays, Tet and other national events; receiving reward upon performance after completing each training course and project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program coordinator will serve as a link connecting CASED\u2019s management board, its lecturers, and students. She\/he will be in charge of the following primary responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the CASED management board in the development, implementation, and marketing of the training courses;<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance and advisory to the management board to handle and the training programs (i.e., program evaluation methods, admission, advertising, events, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Provide support, assist the lecturers for the center\u2019s training courses to ensure a smooth training process;<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and monitor the exam\/test according to CASED\u2019s regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Assist the management board in managerial financial activities, including tuition fee collection, settlement of training, making monthly financial records, and other financial support tasks following CASED\u2019s regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Obtain, store, and manage database of courses, students, and lecturers;<\/li>\n<li>Draft, finalize course reports and annual reports to submit for assessment of management board and scientific committee;<\/li>\n<li>Assist the management board of CASED and DEPOCEN in organization of scientific conferences, workshops and seminars;<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks when required by the management board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant degrees;<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the education sector and experience in training program coordinating as well as student admission;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning and executing communications activities;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, willing to take initiatives, demonstrate good problem-solving skills, good coordinating skills, and have a creative approach to communications;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizing skills and high task-ownership skill are strong assets;<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are invited to send their applications (including a cover letter, a CV and other supporting documents) to: hien.dao@depocen.org and depocen@depocen.org.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline of application submission<\/strong>: June 30, 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11155,"template":"","cate_recruitment":[2227],"class_list":["post-11144","recruitment","type-recruitment","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cate_recruitment-dieu-phoi-khoa-hoc"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/recruitment\/11144","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/recruitment"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/recruitment"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/11155"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=11144"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"cate_recruitment","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/vi\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cate_recruitment?post=11144"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
