The results indicate that<br \/>\nwomen are highly discriminated in the job market and undertake most of the domestic<br \/>\nactivities of the households. The indigenous population also suff\u000bers from discrimination,<br \/>\nbut the wage gap is mainly explained by the difference in endowments, highlighting<br \/>\ntheir limited access to education.
