As its basic principles, Vietnam Japan University aims to (1) provide high-quality education in equality with those leading Japanese universities, (2) provide education\/trainings based on Japanese technologies and experience, (3) establish the university in cooperating with universities of both countries, (4) respect for initiatives of individual universities, and (5) equip students\/learners language skills and competency.<br \/>\nWhile information on specific aspects of these programs, including curriculum and the students\u2019 expectations from them, is not yet available, conducting a survey to gauge the demand of potential students for the above mentioned master programs is urgently needed to provide more concrete understanding and evidence-based materials for development of the selected programs in the coming years.
