The Advanced Probability and Statistics Bootcamp is an intensive course in Probability and Statistics. The program is designed to provide and systematize advanced knowledge of probability and statistical problems, theorems, and analyses, aiming to help students deepen their understanding of these fields.

The course will also introduce applications of Probability and Statistics in hypothesis testing and result analysis for scientific research. The curriculum focuses on two main aspects—Probability and Statistics—preparing students with essential skills for pursuing advanced studies in Economics or working in fields related to Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Analysis.

The Advanced Probability and Statistics Bootcamp is intended for students who already have a basic foundation in Probability, Statistics, and Mathematics. Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• Completed a university-level or graded online course in Statistics;
• Completed a university-level or graded online course in Probability;
• Currently studying Natural Sciences or Economics majors at universities, such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc.

Language: Lectures and discussions will be conducted in Vietnamese; course materials and textbooks will be in English.

Approach:
Each session will combine theory and practice. At the beginning of the course, students will receive learning materials and have time to review, prepare, and submit questions. During each session, the instructor will focus on answering students’ questions and practicing exercises from each chapter.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:

• Completed a university-level or graded online course in Statistics;

• Completed a university-level or graded online course in Probability;

• Currently enrolled in Natural Sciences or Economics majors at universities, such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc.

6:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Vietnam time) on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday:
July 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, and 22, 2023.

Online via Zoom, with optional in-person sessions in Hanoi for students based in Hanoi.
