Overview
British Council conducts the Vietnam Young Leaders Programme with the aim to build the confidence, capacity, and capability of young influencers and changemakers in Viet Nam to influence the issues they care about over the long term. Some expected outcomes of the program are:
– Building the skills of young people
– Collaborations between young people across cultures, allowing them to engage in mould-breaking change
– Reciprocal, lasting partnerships that work with and for young people
– Young People are able to take collaborative action as contemporary agents of change, which allow them to influence and make changes over the long term
– Gender Equality
The M&E assignment aims to evaluate the impact of the Young Leaders Programme in Vietnam. Our task include: Sampling plan, Data collection tools design, Data Collection, Analysis, Reporting
The programme include 2 main trainings, one is training for trainers and the other is cascade training. Each training has pre-survey and post-survey, and the quatitative and qualitative approaches are utilized over the sample of nearly 200 students.
