The<br \/>\nanalysis  is  based  on  a  dynamic  stochastic  general  equilibrium  model  for  an  imperfectly  competitive<br \/>\neconomy with fully optimising agents. The model is characterized with nominal rigidities, an endogenous<br \/>\ntechnology,  and multiple  shocks.  It  predicts  either  a negative or positive  relationship between  short  run<br \/>\nvolatility and long run growth depending on the source of shocks and the reaction of the central bank. The<br \/>\nmodel  also  shows  that,  even when  the negative  relationship  exits  the policy  that  is designed  to  stabilise<br \/>\nshort run volatility may either increase or decrease growth depending on the source of shocks. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","cate_publications":[],"author_publications":[1554,1555],"topic_publications":[],"class_list":["post-8725","publications","type-publications","status-publish","hentry","author_publications-pham-the-anh","author_publications-pham-the-anh-en"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications\/8725","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/publications"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/publications"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8725"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"cate_publications","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cate_publications?post=8725"},{"taxonomy":"author_publications","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/author_publications?post=8725"},{"taxonomy":"topic_publications","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/depocen.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic_publications?post=8725"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
