The group of surveyed employers includes: (i) enterprises, (ii) government agencies; (iii) research organizations; (iv) universities; and (v) non-government organizations. The surveyed group to obtain potential learners\u2019 demand includes: (i) high-school students; (ii) high-school student\u2019s parents; (iii) undergraduate students; (iv) master students.
