The Project will support and strengthen poverty reduction, income improvement for the people via fund provisions, and capacity-building for the people and government authorities in the farming business and production development. The baseline survey aimed to provide a comprehensive study and evaluation of people\u2019s livelihoods and the demand for economic development support in various aspects. In addition, the information would be compared with the mid-term and endline survey results to reflect the impacts of project activities on each of the beneficiary groups. The baseline questions would be repeated in the mid-term and endline surveys to collect, assess, and compare the project results comprehensively.
