The main objective of the project is to monitor and measure the changes brought by the housing component of the project in 5 coastal provinces of Vietnam. The impact evaluation methodology requires carrying out a quasi-experimental research by implementing a quantitative survey on 400 households, in which 200 households are those \u201ctreated\u201d with house building and the others are the control group, in coastal communes of the 2 target provinces.
