The Land Law, later elaborated by Decree 84 (2007), requires certain level of transparency in land management.\u00a0 Although land management regulations intersect well the above mentioned policies, there is a lack of evidence as to how well the transparency provisions of the legal framework on land management have been exercised in practice. Thus, a policy research on transparency of land information disclosure is in need.
