Overview

The assignment is to conduct an  impact assessment to evaluate the project’s impacts based on its results, specifically: its impacts to decisions on water supply and sanitation in project areas, effectiveness and efficiency of water supply and sanitation enterprise in service delivery, business administration, personnel management, financial sustainability, internal control and community impacts; its contribution to hygiene practices; effectiveness of the revolving fund and establishment of saving groups to facilitate food safety and improve hygiene practices.

Services provided

Organizing and conducting the impact assessment, which will include: literature review, development of indicators and survey design for fieldwork, composition and supervision of field research teams; provision of materials, travel and logistical arrangements, process documentation; data collection and analysis; draft research report production
