Overview
Due to the tasks and relation of the National Assembly with the people, the National Assembly deputies have to maintain a close relationship with the people to understand their wishes and opinions. The people also need to comprehend the roles and position of the National Assembly. In practice, Vietnamese people do not clearly understand the structure and activities of the National Assembly and lack opportunities for direct contact with the deputies. This forms a serious obstacle to the participation of the people in the development of national policies. In addition, one of the important objectives of the National Assembly leaders during the next tenure is to build a National Assembly which takes into account the consultation and participation of the people. Thus, it is necessary to evaluate the satisfactory level of the people about the National Assembly activities as well as to collect evidence on the findings, thereby supporting the National Assembly in developing comprehensive information channels to the people.

- Questionnaire design, sampling framework and sampling strategy;
- Training and supervising enumerators (National Assembly officers) in implementing survey and data collection;
- Quality control during data collection and data entry;
- Data analysis and reporting writing on the satisfactory level of the people and the image of the National Assembly in the people.
