Training course on Fundamental Statistics and STATA application in data collection and analysis - implementation of tri-partisan partnership between the Asia Foundation, the Rural Development Center and the Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN), September 2009
In the week of September 19th, DEPOCEN Training Series hosts the fundamental Statistics and STATA application in data collection and analysis for Researchers and Officials of Rural Development Center (RUDEC) under Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The training course is one of the first implementation of tri-partisan partnership between the Asia Foundation, the Rural Development Center and the Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN)
During the three days training course, DEPOCEN Training Series provides various modules such as “Introduction to Research”; “Statistical Thinking and application” and “Introduction to STATA”.
The trainees have been tutored and guided by DEPOCEN data analysts and trainees on how to apply STATA in survey and data analysis. The participants have requested DEPOCEN Training Series to continue training RUDEC team in other courses such as “Questionnaire design” and “Data Entry Form by CsPro”. The Courses will be arrange as soon as practical.
